Oceanographic Observation, Chart Manufacture, Marine Information, Marine Geographical Names, Maritime Boundaries etc.)
- - To improve the status of hydrographic engineers through high technical exchange programs in Korea and overseas
- - To exchange information on hydrographic areas and to promote friendship among members.
